- Where are you based?
- Quiet Unity is an Australian company. The studio is in Melbourne. Pieces are designed here and dispatched from Australia.
- What do you make?
- Custom premium gymwear and streetwear - original cuts, not generic blanks with a mark. Men's heavyweight training and streetwear, women's sculpted activewear, and track layers sold as separates. A considered colour range. Quiet emblem. Built to train in and live in.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship from Australia worldwide. Complimentary standard shipping on Australian orders over $150. International rates, duties, and taxes are confirmed at checkout. Import charges, if any, are set by your local customs authority.
- How long does shipping take?
- Australia: 2-6 business days. New Zealand: 5-10 business days. Rest of world: typically 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. You will receive tracking once the order leaves the studio.
- Are the pieces custom?
- Yes. We design and cut our own gym and streetwear. Limited runs, considered cloth, no seasonal noise. If you need a specific size note or a studio question before you order, write to us.
- How should I choose a size?
- Most pieces run XS-2XL and are true to size with a slightly easier shoulder. See the Size Guide for garment measurements in centimetres, and read the fit notes on each product. If you are between sizes, take the easier fit in hoodies and the closer fit in tights and training tops.
- What is your return policy?
- Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sale items and worn goods are final. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
- Do you offer exchanges?
- Yes. Write to the studio within 30 days if you need a different size and the piece is unworn. We will help you swap it. Return postage sits with the customer unless we sent the wrong size.
- How do I care for the garments?
- Each product has care notes. In general: cold wash, inside out, hang dry, keep away from high heat. The cloth is meant to last - treat it that way.
