Shipping

We ship from Australia to you - locally and internationally.

Complimentary standard shipping on Australian orders over $150. Standard Australian shipping is $14. International rates are calculated at checkout by destination.

Typical delivery: 2-6 business days within Australia, 5-10 to New Zealand, and 7-21 for the rest of the world once the order has cleared customs. Tracking is sent when the parcel leaves the studio.

International orders may attract duties or taxes in your country. Those charges, if any, are your responsibility and are set by local customs - not by Quiet Unity.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sale items and worn goods are final.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect. Write to the studio and we will make it right.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available on unworn pieces within 30 days. Email team@quietunity.com with your order details and the size you need. We will send the swap once the original piece is back with us.
